Seed funding up to ₹20 lakh (grant) + ₹50 lakh (debt/convertible) through DPIIT-recognised incubators for early-stage startups. Covers proof-of-concept, prototype, market entry.

DPIIT-recognised startup incorporated ≤2 years; innovative product/service with IP potential; not yet received >₹10L from other govt schemes.

Working capital loans of ₹10,000 → ₹20,000 → ₹50,000 (tiered) for street vendors. Digital transactions rewarded with ₹1,200/year cashback. No collateral.

Street vendors with vending certificate or letter of recommendation from urban local body. Urban areas only.

Bank loans from ₹10 lakh to ₹1 crore for SC/ST and women entrepreneurs setting up greenfield enterprises in manufacturing, services, or trading. 7-year repayment.

SC/ST or woman entrepreneur aged 18+; greenfield project (first in the sector); composite loan = 75% of project cost. Udyam registration required.

Collateral-free credit guarantees up to ₹5 crore for MSMEs. Banks and NBFCs can extend loans without requiring mortgage — guarantee fee 0.37–1.35% p.a.

New or existing MSMEs; loan through member lending institutions (scheduled commercial banks, select NBFCs); Udyam registration mandatory.

Free, self-declared, paperless MSME registration using Aadhaar + PAN. Unlocks 20+ government scheme benefits, priority bank credit, GeM seller registration, and TReDS access.

Manufacturing/service enterprise with investment ≤₹50Cr and turnover ≤₹250Cr (medium); self-declaration via Aadhaar + PAN (no documents to upload).

Official government recognition for startups via DPIIT. Unlocks tax exemptions (Sec 80-IAC), angel tax relief, fast-tracked IP filing at 80% discount, and access to the Seed Fund Scheme.

Company/LLP/partnership incorporated ≤10 years; turnover <₹100Cr in any year; innovative product/process/service not just replication.

Register as a seller on Government e-Marketplace to supply goods and services directly to central and state government departments. MSMEs get price preference and EMD exemption.

Indian individual/firm/company with valid PAN, Aadhaar, and bank account; MSMEs need Udyam number for preferential access.

Free short-term skill training (150–300 hours) aligned to NSQF levels with a ₹8,000 stipend on completion. Entrepreneurship modules added under PMKVY 4.0 for self-employment pathways.

Promotes one unique product per district for GI tagging, branding, market linkage, and export. Assam districts have identified products including Muga & Assam Silk home furnishings (Kamrup), ginger (Karbi Anglong), and cane & bamboo furniture (Karimganj).

Enterprise/individual producing the district's notified ODOP product; apply through District Industries Centre (DIC) in your district.

Dedicated venture capital fund of ₹100 crore for startups and SMEs in all 8 NE states. Equity/quasi-equity investments of ₹25 lakh to ₹10 crore per enterprise. NE domicile required.

Startup or SME incorporated and operating in any of the 8 NE states; innovative product/service; at least one founder domiciled in NE India.

Subsidy up to 90% (₹15 crore) for setting up Common Facility Centres (CFCs) in NE India MSME clusters — bamboo, cane, handloom, food processing, sericulture. Infrastructure + equipment funded.

Group of 20+ MSMEs in an identified cluster in NE India; apply through state MSME/DIC; SPV formation required.

Soft loans up to ₹10 lakh at subsidised interest for women entrepreneurs setting up new small enterprises. 10-year repayment including 5-year moratorium on principal.

Women entrepreneurs aged 18+; at least 51% business ownership by women; new enterprise in manufacturing/service/trading; apply through PNB or SIDBI branches.

Interest subvention of 3% p.a. + credit guarantee on loans up to ₹2 crore for post-harvest agri infrastructure (cold storage, processing units, silos, organic input production).

Farmers, FPOs, PACS, agri-entrepreneurs, SHGs; project for post-harvest management or agri-logistics; apply online through AIF portal.

Financial assistance up to ₹2 lakh for women entrepreneurs in Assam to start or expand micro-enterprises.
