Field Supervisor — Tea Plantation

Supervise daily plucking operations, maintain leaf quality standards, and coordinate with the factory processing team at Williamson Magor's Dibrugarh division gardens. One of India's oldest and largest tea groups — plucking season hiring July–September 2026.

Class 12 pass or any graduate. Prior tea garden or agricultural supervision experience preferred but not mandatory. Must be physically fit for field work.
